Time Loginator — Privacy Policy
Privacy is very important to us.
Last updated: 26 Sep, 2026
This policy applies to the Time Loginator mobile app for iOS and Android, published
by OSTMOXY, LLC, which trades as APP(ideas). It is separate from the privacy
policy covering the appideas.com website.
The short version
Time Loginator keeps your time entries on your device. We do not collect, receive or
store them unless you choose a feature that sends them somewhere, and each of those is
described below. The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you track — categories, clients, jobs, tasks, time entries, notes, rates and
deduction rules — is stored in a database on your device. You can export it as CSV
or save the whole database to a file at any time.
There is no account to create and no login. We do not know who you are.
What the app contains no part of
The app includes no analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry, no advertising
software and no advertising identifier. These are absent, not switched off. On a fresh
install the app makes no network request other than verifying a subscription with Apple
or Google, if you have one.
When data leaves your device, and where it goes
Three features send data, and none of them runs unless you turn it on.
1. Connecting a third-party service. If you connect Toggl Track, Harvest, ClickUp,
Jira, Clockify, Asana, Trello, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks or Xero, the app signs in
to your account at that service and can import its clients, projects and tasks, and
send your time entries to it. Nothing is sent until you ask for it, either by
tapping Sync or by turning on automatic sending for that connection. What you send
becomes subject to that service’s own privacy policy; we are not affiliated with any of
them. Sign-in passes through a relay service we operate.
2. APP(ideas) cloud storage (subscription). If you choose this, your time data is
stored on storage infrastructure we operate, so that your devices can sync.
We can technically access what is stored there; it is not encrypted in a way that
prevents us from reading it. We do not read it, analyse it, share it or sell it, and
we do not use it for any purpose other than syncing your devices. You can stop using it
at any time, and you can ask us to delete it.
3. Your own Google Drive (subscription, Android). As an alternative to our storage,
the app can sync through your own Google Drive, in a folder private to this app. We do
not receive that data, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple or Google, never by us, and we never
see your payment details. To confirm a subscription is active, the app sends the
store’s purchase receipt to our relay service, which asks Apple or Google whether it is
valid. The relay holds that receipt identifier only briefly and stores no personal
information from it.
Children
Time Loginator is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information
from anyone under 13.
Your choices, and deleting your data
Because your data is on your device, you control it: delete entries in the app, export
or delete the database, disconnect any service at any time, or stop using cloud storage.
Uninstalling the app removes the database it stored on your device.
To ask anything about this policy, or to have anything held in our cloud storage
deleted, send a message to us through our contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
