Hello, and thanks to everyone who is participating in forums and sending emails to us.
We have had to become mostly inactive because of a severe tragedy amongst our development team.
We apologize to those of you who have been waiting for technical support and application updates.
We will be covering technical support and getting back into the updates that were previously in progress as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, please be sure to leave us your technical support requests and feel free to contact us.
Less than 48 hours after being submitted to Apple for approval, version 1.2.3 has gone live on the App Store. This update is free for everyone who has previously purchased TimeLogger. Let's hope that this vastly improved turnaround time for the approval of updates is indicative of what we can expect in the future.
Version 1.2.1 hit the App Store last weekend. Since then, we have worked with a couple of customers and have isolated and fixed a crash condition that takes place when you add a Job, associate entries with that Job, and then delete the Job.
Please note that, out of thousands of users of TimeLogger, we are only aware of 5 who have experienced this bug.
Version 1.2.2 corrects this problem and has been submitted to Apple for approval. The approval process generally takes 5 - 7 days, so we would expect to see it live on the App Store between October 27th and 29th.
We are pleased to announce that TimeLogger version 1.2.0 was given the status "Ready for Sale" by Apple's application approval process.
This update is free for all previous users of TimeLogger and contains a number of bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Here's what's new in this version:
* Fixed a bug that prevented scrolling after adding a category, client or job from the Modify Entry and Stop Timer screens
* Made moving the cursor within already entered text work better
* Added the ability to email CSV data as a true email attachment
