costmo — Fri, 05/01/2009 - 16:56
Hello all,
After suffering a great tragedy on our development team, we have had to take most of the past 6 months off... But we've begun picking up were we left off.
Apologies, support and updates
costmo — Mon, 01/05/2009 - 11:38
Hello, and thanks to everyone who is participating in forums and sending emails to us.
We have had to become mostly inactive because of a severe tragedy amongst our development team.
We apologize to those of you who have been waiting for technical support and application updates.
We will be covering technical support and getting back into the updates that were previously in progress as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, please be sure to leave us your technical support requests and feel free to contact us.
Version 1.2.3 is now live
costmo — Thu, 10/30/2008 - 08:43
Less than 48 hours after being submitted to Apple for approval, version 1.2.3 has gone live on the App Store. This update is free for everyone who has previously purchased TimeLogger. Let's hope that this vastly improved turnaround time for the approval of updates is indicative of what we can expect in the future.
Version 1.2.3 Submitted for Approval
costmo — Tue, 10/28/2008 - 12:52
TimeLogger version 1.2.3 was submitted to Apple for approval today. This update addresses:
- Stability issues that affect a relatively small number of people.
- Fixed a problem introduced in version 1.2.2 that prevented being able to recover data from a backup created by the same version.
- Added 6 minute intervals as an option for people who bill by 1/10th of an hour
Version 1.2.2 has gone live
costmo — Fri, 10/24/2008 - 00:33
Apple has approved the latest update several days ahead of their typical turnaround time.
Version 1.2.2 should show up in your free updates list soon (if it hasn't already).
This is a bug fix release to correct a crash condition that takes place when you add a Job, associate entries with that Job, delete the Job and then view your time entries.
Crashes and App Store update (version 1.2.2)
costmo — Wed, 10/22/2008 - 00:52
Version 1.2.1 hit the App Store last weekend. Since then, we have worked with a couple of customers and have isolated and fixed a crash condition that takes place when you add a Job, associate entries with that Job, and then delete the Job.
Please note that, out of thousands of users of TimeLogger, we are only aware of 5 who have experienced this bug.
Version 1.2.2 corrects this problem and has been submitted to Apple for approval. The approval process generally takes 5 - 7 days, so we would expect to see it live on the App Store between October 27th and 29th.
Version 1.2.1 submitted for approval
costmo — Tue, 10/14/2008 - 03:16
Version 1.2.1 was submitted to Apple for approval early this morning.
This is a maintenance and bug fix release with the following changes:
- Fixed a bug in CSV email and SQL backups containing certain non-Latin characters
- Added an indicator to the configuration screen to show if the backup/recovery password is set
- Added loading indicators for time entry screens since they may take a few seconds to load

[UPDATE]: This was fixed in version 1.2.1.
