Are you ready for the iPad? We are!

And we are happy to introduce our family of products designed specifically for the iPad!

The iPad brings to the world an entirely new paradigm of how computing devices should work. It isn't just a big iPod. It isn't just a little computer. In the next 3-5 years, we feel that the entire computing industry will adopt much of what the iPad is bringing into reality this weekend, because what it brings is a way of operating a computing device that feels natural -- you shouldn't have to think about it!

And we are ecstatic to be part of that revolution!

We have submitted two iPad-specific Apps to Apple for their pre-approval with hopes of having them available for the much-anticipated iPad opening day (April 3rd).

We are very, very excited about the new additions to the APPideas family, but we'e not quite ready to disclose the full details. We plan to do so some time between March 27th and launch day, so stay tuned!

We are happy to announce TimeLogger Free! (available on the App Store now)

We have been working on the details of how to achieve fully-functional (and great) software for free while still maintaining value in the non-free version. And here it is...

TimeLogger Free has all of the same great features as our popular TimeLogger, with these three differences:

1. The presence of in-app advertising. We have to pay our coders somehow, and they have told us that Mountain Dew alone will no longer cut it!

We are pleased to announce that we have submitted an update of TimeLogger to Apple for approval. This is a free update for everyone who has purchased (or will purchase) TimeLogger. This update primarily addresses an issue that affected one feature of the application for people who use non-Latin characters. Here is the detailed list of changes:

• Fixed CSV email delivery for data containing non-Latin characters.
• Compress (ZIP) CSV email messages to prevent attachment mangling by some ISPs (Yahoo, for example).

[UPDATE 11/04]: We have received word from Apple that version 1.3.2 has been approved and will begin appearing on the app store. It will be a free update for all who have previously purchased TimeLogger. Please see the changes below, and if you are still looking to see if this is the app for you, be sure to check out our screen shots and full description here.[/UPDATE]

We have submitted TimeLogger version 1.3.1 to Apple for approval. This is a bug fix release that contains the following updates:

• Fixed the default selection of the beginning day of the week for non-English regions
• Fixed crashes with deleting data that were introduced with iPhone OS 3.0
• Fixed a bug that affected limiting the report data

The approval process typically takes anywhere from two to seven days before updates hit the App Store.

This will be a free update for all owners of TimeLogger.

We are happy to announce that the long awaited version 1.3.0 update to TimeLogger has been submitted to Apple for approval.

This version covers several usability enhancements that TimeLogger users have been requesting. Those changes include:

• Added options for viewing by week and day in addition to month and configuration options to set the default view.
• For week view, added the option to set the default day on which the week should begin.
