Version 1.2.0 update
costmo — Mon, 05/03/2010 - 16:25
Version 1.2.0 of dailyVerse Journal and bibleStudy.APP have been approved and are now available in iTunes. We are still waiting for approval of journal.APP version 1.2.0. Our guess is that it is taking a little longer to approve because it contains an in-app purchase.
If you don't know what version 1.2.0 adds, check out our post here.
Mismatch between documentation and app features
costmo — Sun, 05/02/2010 - 03:01
For those of you noticing a difference between the documentation and actual features of our iPad apps, click here to read our forum post on the topic.
The bottom line is that our documentation was released prior to Apple's approval of the app updates. We expect for the approval to clear very soon. Be sure to follow us on Twitter if you want status updates pushed to your phone or iPad.

iPad App updates are now live (with new names)
costmo — Wed, 04/14/2010 - 15:02
Version 1.1.1 of journal.APP and bibleStudy.APP (formerly titled "journalPad") are now live on the App Store. Both updates are free for current users of journalPad and journalPad: Bible Study Edition.
In addition to the name change, these updates include:
Bug fixes:
- Fix an issue that was causing changes to existing entries to not be saved under certain circumstances.
- Rotation of iPad while viewing the built-in documentation no longer leaves the documentation skewed.
- When password protection is enabled, the password input box is properly receiving keyboard focus automatically.
New feature for journal.APP:
- By popular request, you may now add multiple journal entries per day. Tap the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the screen to save your current entry and start a new one.
Check out our "iPad Apps" page for screen shots, user guides and links to the App Store.
iPad apps get a new name
costmo — Mon, 04/12/2010 - 14:11
After being approved initially and then approved again for update by Apple, they have changed their policy regarding what is (and is not) acceptable in an application name. As a result, we have been required to change the name of our iPad apps.
The new app names are "journal.APP" and "bibleStudy.APP." Details of how each of those relates to the current names is on our "iPad Apps" page.
Sorry for the confusion.
